Julia was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998 and is a Partner of the firm having joined Calthrops in April 2011. She has established a reputation as an experienced practitioner in a wide range of private client and property transactions. She supports the members of the property department in more complex issues and has a strong client base of her own.
Julia is happy to assist clients with will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and probate as well as residential sales and purchases. Julia says that today clients can automatically expect that we have the necessary up to date knowledge and expertise to assist them. It is the extra care provided by the solicitor which is so highly valued and puts clients at ease; such care includes approachability, ease of use, availability, clear communication and a friendly manner.
