She focuses on the preparation of Wills and estate administration matters – including those with agricultural or business assets. Naomi also advises on the creation and administration of a variety of different types of trusts. Naomi frequently prepares and registers Lasting Powers of Attorney and deals with the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
