Paul is a solicitor with over 15 years of post qualification experience. He was born and educated in the local area and obtained a law degree at the University of Leicester before completing the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Paul completed his training contract at a large law firm in the City of London and has practised predominantly in London since qualification.
He has extensive experience in all areas of commercial property law with particular expertise in investment, acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance, corporate occupier and all areas of landlord and tenant work. He has also been in-house counsel for a number of businesses in the field of housing and construction. Paul also provides general business advice to clients and is actively involved in the organisation of the South Holland Business Awards run by the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce.
Paul is a Consultant of the firm and is available at either of the firm’s offices.
